Model Kematangan e-Government Berdasarkan SPBE Menpan Tahun 2018
Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kematangan yang dicapai dan memberikan saran bagi implementasi domain layanan E-Government di RSUD Japang Kulon Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan hasil pemetaan SPBE MENPAN Tahun 2018 pada penelitian ini menghasilkan 3 domain, 7 aspek, 35 indikator yang akan digunakan sebagai penilaian kematangan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan evaluasi maturitas SPBE dalam pelayanan publik di Kecamatan memperoleh kategori “Kurang” dengan rata-rata nilai indeks dibawah 2. Oleh karena itu, perlu diberikan rekomendasi dan strategi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan nilai indeks SPBE.
